Progress Report

I've lost a total of 5.5lbs just by sort of following the South Beach Diet. I say sort of due to the fact that I had some things in my pantry that I did not want to throw out and are no-nos on this diet. Also, my work schedule has been crazy, so I've needed those carbs to keep me going. But, still, 5.5lbs is something to smile about.

Working out had been on hold due to a fall I took last week that but my back on the do not disturb list. Nothing broken or out of wack, just very sore and stiff for the first few days. I am healing well and doing stretches. Hopefully I will be able to begin working out next week.
