It's time to drop the extra 20 lbs in a healthy way. I will maintain a 1,200-1,500 calorie diet and incorporate working-out into my daily routine.
My current weight is 166 lbs and I am 5'11".
My short-term goal is 156 lbs by May 25th.
My long-term goal is 146 lbs by June 30th.
